As a Financial Stress Reduction® Coach, people ask me, "What is Financial Stress," and, "How do you reduce it?" Financial stress affects each individual differently. For some, financial stress is not having a proper budget in place to track where your money goes. For others, it's not having enough money to make it through the month. Here are some questions you can ask yourself to see if you have Financial Stress:

Do you have bad money habits?

Are you afraid to balance your checkbook?

Do you have credit card debt?

Are you tired of having more month left at the end of your money?

Are you saving enough on a regular basis?

Do you worry about not having enough money to retire comfortably?

Is stress about money impacting your health and relationships?

Most people do have some stress about money. However, they may or may not have the tools to address these concerns. Creating and maintaining a budget can be scary; finding ways to save may seem like an impossible task.
